| On a plain piece of paper print your name address that you wish your
rebate check to be made out to
Include the coupon your received in the mail with the a copy of an
invoice for at least 4 (four mowings) and you will receive a check for
25% of your total bill for the the four mowings (you may combine two
invoices if necessary). Maximum rebate amount will not exceed $35.00.
Check will be mailed no less than 5 business days after receipt. Payment
for all invoices must be made to GARZA Lawncare prior to disbursement of
rebale check. |
